Stonegate Care Team, a rapidly growing home health agency located in Irving, TX, is seeking a Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO/COO/CFO.
The Administrative Assistant (AA) works independently to provide strong administrative support to the CEO/COO/CFO of a dynamic and fast-growing home health company. To be successful in the position, the AA must be organized and resourceful, extremely efficient and confidant when multitasking. The AA must also be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment. Great interpersonal skills are necessary to deal with different types of personalities. A professional demeanor and exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required as the AA will interact professionally with all levels of management and external business associates. Strong decision making skills and attention to detail are also all important traits. The AA must have demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Excellent organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills are required and the ability to follow through with minimal supervision is essential the AA must also posses sound judgment and be able to deal with confidential matters discreetly.
Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience working in an executive administrative support role preferred
1 year working in Home Health environment required
Ability to type 50 wpm
Efficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
High degree of professionalism with excellent interpersonal, customer relations, organizational and diplomacy skills
An appreciation/understanding of the home health care industry
Ability to deal with wide variety of people/problems in a professional, accurate, organized and timely manner.
